The Management Committee is a group of parents who volunteer their time to act as a support network to the nursery management. The MC has a role in some major decision-making as well and this is a great opportunity for parents to be actively involved in their child’s nursery experience.
There are various sub-groups, and members can sit on as many or as few of these as they like: Parents, Staffing & Safeguarding, Finance, Emergencies and Health & Safety, Fundraising & Marketing and Buildings. This allows parents to use their own personal strengths in the most beneficial way.
